Shipping policy
We ship from our warehouse in Ejstrupholm, Denmark. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, and we will email you when your parcel is on its way. In Denmark, your parcel will typically arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
Delivery in Denmark
- PostNord, delivery to a parcel shop or parcel locker: DKK 49 (0–5 kg), DKK 79 (5–10 kg), DKK 109 (10–20 kg)
- PostNord, delivery to a private or business address: DKK 75 (0–5 kg), DKK 99 (5–10 kg), DKK 129 (10–20 kg)
- Pallet freight over 20 kg (by haulier): DKK 399 (20–100 kg), DKK 579 (100–250 kg), DKK 749 (over 250 kg)
- Collection from Holmevej 1, 7361 Ejstrupholm: free
Free shipping on orders over DKK 799 for delivery to a PostNord parcel shop or parcel locker in Denmark – this also applies to business customers. Free shipping does not apply to delivery to an address or to pallet freight.
For pallet freight to islands without a bridge connection, an island surcharge is added. Please contact us for a price before you order.
Delivery outside Denmark
We ship with PostNord to Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. Prices are shown as delivery to a parcel shop / delivery to your address:
- Sweden: SEK 89 / 129 (0–5 kg) and SEK 179 / 229 (5–20 kg)
- Norway: NOK 199 / 259 (0–5 kg) and NOK 349 / 399 (5–20 kg)
- Finland: EUR 14.90 / 19.90 (0–5 kg) and EUR 29.90 / 34.90 (5–20 kg)
- Germany: EUR 8.90 / 10.90 (0–5 kg) and EUR 16.90 / 19.90 (5–20 kg)
For Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland, the shipping cost depends on the weight and delivery method and is shown in the basket before you confirm your order.
Shipments over 20 kg to destinations outside Denmark are only sent by arrangement – please contact us for a quote. If you would like delivery to another country, you are welcome to get in touch.
