Malic acid, 100 g

Malic acid is used to increase the acidity of a liquid or must. By adding malic acid after the dosage mentioned below, the degree of acidity is increased by 1 degree per litre. Dosage: 9g/10 liters of liquid Weight: 100 gr Malic acid, E296, in powder form. Consists of at least 99% malic acid. Remaining, max 1% is fumaric acid/fumaric acid and traces of malolactic yeast (max 0.05%). Instructions: - Dissolve the product in a small amount of water before adding it to the liquid by stirring.
