Filling

Fill the bag using an ordinary funnel, for example a stainless steel funnel (item no. 3016e). After filling, press the plastic stopper with tap into place. No tools are required.

Storing drinks

Store the filled bag in a cool place. When filling with pasteurised juice, the juice must first be cooled to below 45 °C.

The bag-in-box bag can be rinsed and reused several times. After use, empty the bag and clean it thoroughly to remove any residue of wine, must or juice.

Before reuse, we recommend thorough cleaning with a suitable agent for brewing and bottling equipment, such as Chemipro Oxi (item no. 3018), according to the product instructions.

Used, cleaned bags can be stored in the freezer during periods when they are not in use. Check the bag and tap for damage and leaks before reuse.

The maximum filling temperature is 45 °C. Hot juice must therefore be cooled before it is poured into the bag.

Shelf life after opening depends on factors such as the drink, hygiene during filling and the storage temperature.
