German kitchen utensil made of beech wood and polished steel with ground edges for efficient and quick drilling out the stem in cabbage heads. The utensil is suitable for most cabbage varieties but especially good for hard cabbage types such as white cabbage and red cabbage.

NOTE: This is a rustic kitchen utensil made after an old model from a country kitchen.
