Cherry pitter - hand model

Cherry stoner for quickly stoning stone fruit by hand, such as sweet cherries, large sour cherries and fruit with similar small stones.

Please note: It cannot stone small sour cherries.
We are often asked, "What counts as a small cherry?" That's not easy to answer, because even on a tree with fairly large cherries, some will slip through the hole without being stoned. You can see the glass as half full or half empty... If the stoner doesn't stone every cherry, simply tip the cherries into a shallow bowl or onto a baking tray afterwards and quickly sort them with your fingers. All things considered, that's still quicker than stoning every cherry by hand – or not getting your cherries stoned at all.
