Get a grip on the thermometer. The clip prevents the thermometer from slipping into the pot while heating milk, for example.
After mounting this thermometer in the clip, it will protrude 10 cm below the clip.

Using this holder, the thermometer can be lowered and raised as needed.

NOTE: Cannot be used in pots and pans on induction stoves as the measurements may be slightly 'distorted' due to magnetic influence from the stove. If you have an induction stove and want to use this thermometer, it is recommended that the pot or pan be removed from the stove before measuring the temperature.
