If you want to use a weighting stone in this jar, you can use a suitable natural stone from outdoors, for example, or a suitable piece of granite if you have one. Remember to boil/sterilise the stone or granite with boiling water before placing it in the jar.
Height: 17.8 cm
Height of the jar incl. airlock: 34 cm
Diameter: 9.6 cm
Weight: 380 g
Lid dimensions: Inner diameter: 82 mm / Outer diameter: 85 mm (TO82)

The plastic on the inside of the lid is BPA-free.
See item number 7014 for a 25 x 25 cm net used to keep finely chopped vegetables below the brine if this proves difficult. In fermenting crocks, it can be placed under the weighting stones, and in smaller fermentation jars directly on top of the vegetables. The net can easily be cut to fit fermenting crocks and fermentation jars.
