Vacuum bottle filler for kombucha, Enolmaster, 4 filling heads

Professional vacuum bottle filler that fills bottles under vacuum directly from the storage container, thereby reducing oxidation of the liquid during bottling. This device has nozzles that are approximately 3 cm shorter than those on the standard Enolmaster vacuum bottle filler (item no. 3235). This reduces foaming during bottling and at the same time allows you to fill further up the bottle's neck. This product is a further development of the bottle filler for beer, as it is equipped with an extra overflow container to ensure a continuous bottling process for a product that tends to foam more than, for example, beer. Additional images can be sent on request. It starts automatically when the bottle is pressed against the filling unit and stops when the bottle is filled to the desired level, as the device has an adjustable filling setting. Both the filling volume and the bottle height can be adjusted. Any excess liquid from the filling, caused by foam or air bubbles, is automatically channelled into the container at the back of the device. This can subsequently be bottled. Nothing is therefore wasted during bottling. The container you fill from should preferably stand at the same level as the machine, as positioning it too low will result in the vacuum function having to work harder to fill the bottles, and they may not be filled all the way to the set level. Up to approximately 600 bottles (0.75 l) per hour can be filled with this machine. The number of bottles that can be filled per hour with other bottle sizes will depend on the bottle size and the person doing the bottling.
